1) Contest runs from September 1, 2006 to midnight on May 31, 2007.

2) Each submitted photo must have a Buy-A-Bird™ turkey clearly visible in the photo (Buy-A-Bird™ turkeys are available at www.buyabird.org).

3) Digital photos ONLY are accepted. Photos may not be altered or photoshopped in any way. The photos must not be more than one year old, and may not have been submitted in previous years’ contests. Please no entries large than 300 dpi or 5” x 7” in size.

4) Photos must be e-mailed to travels@firstfoodbank.org and must include the photographer’s name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, a brief description of the location where the photo was taken, and the full names of any and all people included in the photo.

5) Photos must be appropriate for posting on the St. Mary’s/Westside Food Bank Alliance Buy-A-Bird Web site (www.buyabird.org). Questionable or inappropriate images will not be considered.

6) Participants must be willing to surrender all rights to photos entered in contest. Photos may be posted on the St. Mary’s/Westside Food Bank Alliance Web site, newsletter, or other promotional materials.

7) No person may enter more than three photos in the contest.

8) All participants whose submissions comply with the official rules will be eligible for the prize drawing.

9) Each participant will receive only one entry into the contest regardless of number of photos entered.

10) A random drawing of all participants in the photo contest will determine a winner. Winner will be notified within one month of contest’s end.

11) One first place winner will receive four round-trip tickets to anywhere U.S. Airways flies in the continental United States ($2,400 value). One second prize winner will receive two round-trip tickets for domestic travel anywhere U.S. Airways flies ($1,200) value. One third prize winner will receive two round-trip tickets from Phoenix to San Diego ($720 value).

12) Employees of any location of the St. Mary’s/Westside Food Bank Alliance and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the contest. Volunteers may participate.

13) The contest is open to anyone regardless of residence within or outside of Arizona. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to enter the contest.
